Following Jacques Genin for a year, Franckie Alarcon hobnobbed with one of the biggest chefs of chocolate. Former chef and pastry chef for prestigious restaurants, this super-talented autodidact shares all his passion and knowledge of chocolate and his process for creating recipes. In this docu-comic, we travel with the starry-eyed author, satisfying many a craving from the chef's amazing atelier above his store, trying his hand as an assistant, all the way to the Peruvian cocoa plantations where the chef shows how he carefully chooses his beans, starting from scratch.

If you've purchased something but don't have a receipt, we can return your product for store credit or money onto a gift card within the same time period.
EXCEPTIONS
- Clearanced item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have price tags still on and be in the original (sealed where applicable) packaging. Board games cannot be opened.
- Magic sealed product and singles are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Tickets for events will be refunded only to store credit if the return is requested within 48 hours of the event.
- Preorders for sealed Magic or other collectible product cannot be returned or exchanged after 48 hours of the order being placed.

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
