The Hourglass is called many things: the perfect machine, the source of all life, the fountain of youth. It promises immortal comfort to the privileged, but it also looms over its creators, trapping them in its cycle. Martel knows that there are other, inexplicable things that give life meaning, way more valuable than her own immortality. She only feels alive in the stolen moments with Twenty, an assembly worker in the dangerous gears of the machine. Will the differences between their lives tear their relationship apart, or will the Hourglass shatter first? After all, a society built on rejecting these feelings is beyond fragile... it's a ticking time bomb.
If you're looking to return or exchange your purchase for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns in same form of payment (cash / money back to the original card used) with no questions asked if you reach out to us within 14 days and have a receipt.
If you've purchased something but don't have a receipt, we can return your product for store credit or money onto a gift card within the same time period.
EXCEPTIONS
- Clearanced item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have price tags still on and be in the original (sealed where applicable) packaging. Board games cannot be opened.
- Magic sealed product and singles are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Tickets for events will be refunded only to store credit if the return is requested within 48 hours of the event.
- Preorders for sealed Magic or other collectible product cannot be returned or exchanged after 48 hours of the order being placed.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
