Store Credit Prize Support
In addition to the promo product support provided, this event will also feature store credit prize support based on attendance. For example:
At 24 people in attendance, here’s what you can expect the prize structure to look like:
- 1st Place - $100 Store Credit
- 2nd Place - $100 Store Credit
- 3rd / 4th Place - $75 Store Credit
- 5th - 8th Place: $50 Store Credit
Once we hit 48+ people in attendance, here’s what you can expect the prize structure to look like:
- 1st Place - $250 Store Credit
- 2nd Place - $250 Store Credit
- 3rd / 4th Place - $150 Store Credit
- 5th - 8th Place: $50 Store Credit
If you're looking to return or exchange your purchase for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns in same form of payment (cash / money back to the original card used) with no questions asked if you reach out to us within 14 days and have a receipt.
If you've purchased something but don't have a receipt, we can return your product for store credit or money onto a gift card within the same time period.
EXCEPTIONS
- Clearanced item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have price tags still on and be in the original (sealed where applicable) packaging. Board games cannot be opened.
- Magic sealed product and singles are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Tickets for events will be refunded only to store credit if the return is requested within 48 hours of the event.
- Preorders for sealed Magic or other collectible product cannot be returned or exchanged after 48 hours of the order being placed.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
