If the creature that spell becomes as it resolves has not been turned face up and would assign or deal damage, be dealt damage, or become tapped, instead it's turned face up and assigns or deals damage, is dealt damage, or becomes tapped. Activate only as a sorcery.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Clearanced item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have price tags still on and be in the original (sealed where applicable) packaging. Board games cannot be opened.
  • Magic sealed product and singles are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Tickets for events will be refunded only to store credit if the return is requested within 48 hours of the event.
  • Preorders for sealed Magic or other collectible product cannot be returned or exchanged after 48 hours of the order being placed.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
