Attention all you commander players out there! Have you ever wanted to play a game with some bonus rules, maybe with a bit of a story-oriented twist? Well check this out - we've got a commander party coming up this March that's going to be perfect for you!

Phyrexia: All Will Be One Commander Party Details

What is a commander party? Let's start with the basics - a commander party is a free to play commander event. At the beginning of the event, players will choose which Phyrexian faction to champion, and be given powers and abilities based on that champion. The more you play into the mechanics of your chosen Praetor's card, the more you'll be rewarded with new powers and new abilities as you are glorious compleated. Once all games have finished, the winning faction will be determined. This will in turn have consequences for our next Commander Party during March of the Machine.

Regardless of which faction wins, everyone who participates will also go home with one of these amazing new Phyrexian text Norn's Annex promos. 

Excited? I thought so. Let's talk about when our event's happening:

• Start Time: 2:00 PM
• Expected Run Time: approximately 2 hours
• Entry Fee: None!
• Format: Commander
• Player Cap: 36 

Time here is pretty important. During the event, at pre-specified times, or at times dictated by events within the games, players will receive special bonuses related to the praetors that they're championing. I don't want to go into too many details here to avoid any metagaming, but suffice to say it's important to be here on time at 2 PM when the event is supposed to start. That said - players who arrive late can just pod-up with other players and get a game going mid event. This is still a commander event and therefore a casual thing.
